
Friday, January 14 Game Declared a No Contest
January 12, 2022 - United States Hockey League (USHL) - Chicago Steel News Release
GENEVA, ILLINOIS - This Friday's Chicago Steel game against the Youngstown Phantoms at Fox Valley Ice Arena has been declared a No Contest. Per league safety protocols, minimum standards were not met to play this game. The United States Hockey League (USHL) is working with both teams to reschedule the game.
All fans who purchased tickets for Friday's game should visit the Steel website for exchange policies regarding the January 14 game https://www.chicagosteelhockeyteam.com/jan14.
The Saturday, January 15 game between Chicago and Youngstown remains on as scheduled and at this time, both teams are optimistic the game will be able to be played.
Tickets start at just $10 and are available in person at the Steel Box Office at Fox Valley Ice Arena, by phone at 855-51-STEEL and online at chicagosteelhockeyteam.com. The Steel now offer single-game ticket discounts for kids 12 and under and military.
