Soo Greyhounds News Release

There was little the Soo Greyhounds didn't do right through the first two periods Friday.

And though they struggled to start the final frame, when all was said and done they'd scored twice on the power play, twice while shorthanded, controlled the play for much of the game and received strong netminding from Joseph Raaymakers.

The result was a 4-0 victory over the London Knights before 9,012 at Budweiser Gardens.

"That was the way we want to play and the way we're capable of playing for 50 minutes," said Hounds head coach Sheldon Keefe, whose team held a 47-35 edge in shots, improving to 21-6-0-1 on the season.
