
Flames Sign Prospects Ryan Lomberg And Tyler Parsons to Entry Level Contracts

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have signed forward Ryan Lomberg to a two-year, two-way contract that starts in the 2017-18 season.
Lomberg, a native of Richmond Hill, Ontario, has played for Calgary's AHL and ECHL affiliates over the last two campaigns after signing with Stockton as a free agent in September 2015. The 22-year-old has skated in 55 games for the Heat this season and has 19 points (8G, 11A) and leads the club with 109 penalty minutes.

He was the Flames second round pick (54th overall) in the 2016 NHL Draft.
Parsons, a native of Chesterfield, Michigan, is playing his third full season with the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights and he has a 21-6-3 record with four shutouts, a 2.36 GAA and a .924 SV% in 32 games this year. The 19-year-old won the Memorial Cup with London last season and he also played for the gold medal-winning Team USA squad at the 2017 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships in Toronto and Montreal earlier this campaign.
