The Lookouts bullpen could not hold back a barrage of hits and runs by the Generals in the sixth inning last night as the they scored five runs in the 7-0 loss. Omar Bencomo made a spot start and worked a two run five inning stint. In the sixth inning however the bullpen faced ten batters and allowed the five runs. Corey Williams and newly added Luke Bard were touched for the five runs. Lookouts offense had only three hits in the first six innings as lefty Ryan Yarbrough struckout a season seven batters. Next up it's the Tennessee Smokies after an off day on /Wednesday.
Lookouts starts will be announced then as the rotation is being reset for the series. Game time at 7:15 at AT&T Field. 7:00 on 96.1 The Legend for the pregame broadcast.
