
Five Impact Players Selected for the Prestigious Toulon Tournament

MONTREAL - Goalkeeper James Pantemis and midfielder Shamit Shome, from the Impact first team, as well as midfielders Mathieu Choiniere and Clement Bayiha, in addition to defender Daniel Kinumbe, from the Impact U19, have been selected to play with the Canadian U21 national team in the 46th Festival International Espoirs Provence - Tournoi Maurice Revello, in France, from May 26 to June 9.
Canada will participate to the prestigious tournament, also called the Toulon Tournament, for the very first time in its history. The squad will face Portugal on May 28, Turkey on May 31 and Japan on June 3, as part of Group C.
