Tacoma, Wash. â Affordable family entertainment continues tomorrow night at Cheney Stadium as the Tacoma Rainiers take on the Las Vegas 51s followed by the 2nd in a season long series of fireworks displays. Opening night, Friday, April 16, 2004 kicked off the Friday Night Fireworks series with an outstanding turnout of Rainiers fans and an incredible fireworks show.
Every Friday home game, Cheney Stadium will host Friday Night Fireworks. This awesome and affordable entertainment is just part of the Fun & Games that will be available to Rainiers fans during the 2004 season. The Friday Night Fireworks series will continue with fireworks spectaculars to take place on May 7, 21; June 4; July 2, 9, 30; August 13, 20, 27; September 3. And don't forget Cheney Stadium's Fireworks Extravaganza Independence Day Celebration on Saturday July 3.
