Final Details on Fan Trip to Frederick/Baltimore

I am writing to let you know about final details for our fan bus trip to see our Salem Sox take on the Frederick Keys in Frederick, MD and then on to Baltimore to see the O's and Toronto Blue Jays.

Plans are for us to go to Frederick, MD on the morning of June 4. We will be departing from the LewisGale Field parking lot at 10am. We will see our Red Sox taking on the Keys at 6:05pm that night and then will stay overnight at a hotel in Frederick. The next morning (approximately 10:30am) we will load up and make our way to Baltimore to see the O's take on the Blue Jays in a 1:30 contest. We will retun to Salem directly after the O's game.

Cost of the trip will be $125 per person and will include your ticket to both games, your transportation and snacks on the bus. Hotel accommodations will be extra and you will be responsible for making your own reservations. I have obtained a $79 rate at the Comfort Inn in Frederick. This is the same hotel our team stays in. I urge you to find a roommate and make reservations ASAP, as they are only holding these rooms until May 21st. They only have 13 non-smoking rooms and 7 smoking rooms left for that night and they will go on a first come, first served basis to our group until the 5/21 deadline.

The number for the hotel is 301-668-7272 and tell them you are with the Salem Red Sox Fan Group. You must use this number to get this rate. You will not get this rate if you book online or call a reservations 800 number.
