Mississippi Sea Wolves News Release
BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced on Tuesday that they have partnered with Beef O'Brady's Family Sports Pubs for the 2009 Beef O'Brady's Sea Wolves Junior Reporter Program.
"The Beef O'Brady's Sea Wolves Junior Reporter Program offers our younger fans a chance to meet and ask questions of their favorite players," said Sea Wolves president Bill Yates. "Additionally, it will give them a unique insight into being a sports reporter, as well as offering them a chance to watch a Sea Wolves game with their family."
Fans between the ages 6-16 can enter to win a chance to be a Beef O'Brady's Junior Reporter by filling out an entry blank at the Beef O'Brady's locations on Sangani Blvd. in D'Iberville and Highway 49 in Gulfport. Winners, who will be selected at random, will receive four tickets to a Sea Wolves game, a chance to interview a Sea Wolves player with the video played on the scoreboard during a Sea Wolves home game, a chance to join Sea Wolves play-by-play announcer Leif Skodnick during a Sea Wolves broadcast, and dinner for the winner and a guest at Beef O'Brady's.
The next broadcast of Sea Wolves hockey is Friday when the Sea Wolves visit the Charlotte Checkers at 6:00 CT, and will be heard on the B2 Networks and at www.msseawolves.com. The pre-game show presented by Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College will begin 15 minutes before the opening faceoff!
