Falcons Rally Around Citizens With Disabilities On Opening Night

The Fresno Falcons have declared the season opener, Friday, October 19, 2007 as Rally Around our Citizens with Disabilities Awareness Night. The Falcons open the 2007-2008 season on Friday, October 19 at the Save Mart Center against the Las Vegas Wranglers. The First 2000 fans at the home opener will receive a free Falcons Rally Towel courtesy of Eye Q Vision Care, plus the first 1000 kids 12 and younger at the game will receive a free Fresno Falcons Luke Curtin T-shirt Jersey courtesy of Eye Q.

The Falcons have declared the Eye Q Opening Night as Disabilities Awareness Night and invite all fans, businesses, organizations, schools, and all groups who employ, work with, educate or assist citizens with physical or developmental disabilities to attend. This game will feature several "awareness booths" on the concourse, and special recognition for all fans in attendance. THIS GAME WILL BE A CELEBRATION OF CITIZENS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE WORK PLACE, AT SCHOOL, AT HOME AND IN OUR COMMUNITY. Group tickets packages, fundraising ticket packages and awareness booths are available.

The Fresno Falcons will be hosting a Disabilities Awareness Night information meeting on Thursday, August 23 at 12 noon at Plaza Ventana (E. Shaw and Blackstone). Anyone interested in learning more about the fundraising or group outing opportunities,or showcasing awareness booths at this game are encouraged to attend this meeting on August 23.
