ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL have announced that former defenseman Brian Fahey has agreed to terms on a one-way contract with the Worcester Ice Cats of the American Hockey League for the 2004-05 season.

Fahey, 23, led all Bullies defensemen in scoring during his rookie season last year with 11 goals and 37 points in 55 games. Loaned to Worcester last season on January 27, Fahey signed a contract with the Ice Cats on February 4 for the remainder of the season. The Glenview, IL native appeared in two games with Worcester and also 12 games with Hershey notching one assist. Fahey is a former fourth round draft pick of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.

Fahey's ECHL rights are protected by Atlantic City for the 2004-05 playing season, and in the event that he is assigned to the ECHL by Worcester, he would be assigned to the Bullies.

Defensemen Chad Dameworth, Ian Walterson, and Dave Reid, forward Scott Horvath, and goaltender Jake Moreland are currently under contract by the Bullies for the 2004-05 season.
