After a high-paced, but scoreless second period, the Everblades tied the game when Ryan Brindley one-timed a shot past Augusta goaltender Nathan Marsters from the slot at 10:05. The Everblades kept the pressure on through the remaining 9:55, but couldn't get a shot past Marsters for the potential game-winner.
