Edmonton - The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announces the signing of import wide receiver Dominique Edison, import wide receiver Jamar Howard and import offensive lineman Miles Mason to the practice roster.
Edison recorded 182 receptions for 2,697 yards and 28 touchdowns during four seasons (2005-08) at Stephen F. Austin. He finished his career at SFA ranked first in school history in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. Prior to joining the Eskimos, he spent time with the Tennessee Titans, Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans.
Howard recorded 71 cat-ches for 1,199 -yards and 13 touchdowns during his senior year at Central Missouri and earned All-Regi-on an-d All--American h-onours. Earlier this year, he spent time with the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League where he recorded 39 receptions for 422 yards and six touchdowns.
Mason played 23 games (21 starts) during his two seasons at Utah. He started at left guard before moving to right guard his senior season. Prior to Utah, he played two years at El Camino Junior College.
