
Esks Sign Kick Returner and O-Lineman

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos have signed veteran kick returner/receiver Ryan Grice-Mullen and offensive lineman Chris Patrick.
Ryan Grice-Mullen played in 18 games in two seasons (2008- ¬â¢09) with BC. In 2009, the University of Hawaii product had 47 kickoff returns for 1,081 yds and 1 touchdown; 20 receptions for 210 yds and three TDs . In the ¬â¢09 CFL East Division Final at Montreal, Grice-Mullen set a CFL playoff record with a 106 yd punt return touchdown. Signed as a free agent by Saskatchewan last year , he appeared in six regular season games, two playoff games and the Grey Cup.
A product of the University of Nebraska, Chris Patrick signed as an undrafted free agent with the New York Giants in 2007. He ¬â¢s also had stints with New England, Green Bay, Detroit, Philadelphia, Kansas City and San Francisco. Most recently, Patrick played for the UFL ¬â¢s Virginia Destroyers.
It ¬â¢s Purolator Tackle Hunger Night as the Eskimos (5-2) host the BC Lions (1-6) Friday, August 19th at Commonwealth Stadium. Kickoff at 7:00pm.
