The Edmonton Eskimos have sent the Tiger-Cats a wide receiver for future considerations
Coming to Hamilton is Durell Robinson, a 6-foot-2, 217 pound, three-year CFL veteran, who spent the last two years in Edmonton. The graduate of Northwest Mississippi College, played in 5 games with Edmonton last season. In 2002, he spent almost the entire season on the Eskimos practice roster.
"I've been waiting a long time to show what I can do," Robinson said. "I'm itching for the chance to get started. I know that (QB) Danny McManus is in Hamilton, and catching passes from him makes me excited."
Robinson will be at Tiger-Cats training camp, May 23, at McMaster University in Hamilton.
