
Eskimos Reduce Roster

Edmonton Elks News Release
(Edmonton) Edmonton Eskimo Head Coach Tom Higgins announced today the club has reduced its roster. The following players have been released:
§ Jermaine Jones (DB-Import)
§ Kelvin Powell (LB-Import)
§ Durrell Robinson (WR-Import)
§ Quincy Coleman (DB-Import)
§ Andrew Dubiellak(WR-Non-import)
The following players have been placed on the one game INJ list:
§ Ed Hervey (WR-Import)
§ Philippe Girard (DL-Non-import)
§ Dan Comiskey (OL-Non-import)
§ Marc Pilon (DL-Non-import)
§ Wendell Davis (FB Import)
Earlier the club placed Keith Smith (QB-Import) and Patrick Burke (DB-Non-import) on the 9 game INJ list.
The Eskimos also announced today that veteran linebacker Ralph Staten has been taken off the suspended list and is awaiting medical clearance before returning to practice.
