
Emerson Hyndman Suffers Torn ACL in Right Knee

ATLANTA - Atlanta United announced today that midfielder Emerson Hyndman suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee during training. Hyndman will undergo surgery on a date to be determined to begin the rehabilitation process.
Atlanta (2-1-4, 10 points) returns to action Sunday, June 20 against Philadelphia Union at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (2:00 p.m. ET, ESPN, Sports Radio 92-9 The Game, La Mejor).
