
Eighth Annual Teddy Bear Toss This Saturday

WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Thunder's eighth annual Teddy Bear Toss is scheduled for Saturday, December 19th when the Thunder hosts the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs.
Thunder fans are encouraged to bring a new or unused teddy bear to the Coliseum to donate to charity. Fans can toss their donations onto the ice immediately after the Thunder scores its first goal. Participants will also receive a buy-one, get-one-free voucher for a future Thunder game. The Thunder's record for most teddy bears thrown onto the ice is 1,669, set last December versus Rocky Mountain.
Wichita also hosts Bossier-Shreveport on Friday night at 7:05 p.m. For tickets to both games, call the Thunder office at (316) 264-GOAL.
