Preview of ECHL Games for Thursday, March 4, 2010



Kalamazoo Wings (32-17-7) at Reading Royals (28-24-4) 7 p.m. ET
- Goaltender Ryan Nie leads Kalamazoo against the Royals with a 3-0-0 record, 1.32 goals-against average and a .957 save percentage.
- Ben McLeod leads Reading against the K-Wings with three points (1g-2a).
- Kalamazoo is 4-0-0 against Reading this season.
- The Royals have a four-game win streak at home since Feb. 13.

Gwinnett Gladiators (26-24-6) at Florida Everblades (30-19-9) 7:30 p.m. ET
- Daniel Sullivan leads Gwinnett against the Everblades with four goals and is tied for first with seven points.
- Ross Carlson leads Florida against the Gladiators with six assists and nine points.
- Gwinnett leads the league on the power play with 22.3 percent (62-for-278).
- The Everblades are 3-0-1 in their last four games which have all gone beyond regulation.

Utah Grizzlies (26-24-7) at Alaska Aces (27-26-5) 7:15 p.m. AKT
- Ryan Kinasewich leads Utah against the Aces with five assists and is tied for the lead with seven points.
- Alaska is 5-2-0 against the Grizzlies this season.
- Utah is 12-1-0 when leading after the second period.
- The Aces lead the league on the penalty kill at home going 132-for-147 (89.8 percent).
