National Conference - North Division
Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies
* Jake Moreland is 4-0-0 with a goals-against average of 1.00 in his last
four starts.
* Bullies are first in the league with 42 points and a .742 winning
percentage.
* Atlantic City plays at Dayton on Tuesday, at Toledo on Wednesday, at
Wheeling on Friday and at Trenton on Saturday.
Dayton Bombers
* Bombers improved their goals against average from 3.57 in November to
2.72 in December.
* Tyler Kolarik leads the team with 22 points (11g-11a), tying him for 14th
among ECHL rookies.
* Dayton hosts Atlantic City on Tuesday and Toledo on Friday before
traveling to Toledo on Saturday.
Johnstown Chiefs
* Chiefs' power play was 22 percent in December, up from 14.6 percent in
November.
* Johnstown in 5-1-3 in its last nine games, six of which have been decided
by one goal.
* Chiefs play host to Trenton on Friday, Bakersfield on Saturday and
Reading on Sunday.
Peoria Rivermen
* Rivermen's combined plus-minus rating in December was is +38.
* Rejean Stringer has five points (3g-2a) in eight games with Peoria.
* Rivermen visit Fresno on Tuesday, San Diego on Wednesday and Las Vegas on
Friday and Saturday.
Reading Royals
* Jeff Miles (4g-6a) and Ryan Kinasewich (6g-3a) have scored 19 points in
the last five games.
* Royals are tied for first in shorthand goals (7) and tied for second in
shorthand goals allowed (1).
* Royals play at Pensacola on Tuesday and at Johnstown on Sunday while
hosting Bakersfield on Friday and Wheeling on Saturday.
Toledo Storm
* Power play was 11-for-44 (25 percent) in December after going 7-for-54
(13 percent) in November.
* Nick Parillo leads Toledo in special teams with 13 points (1ppg-9ppa) and
(2shg-1sha).
* Storm hosts Atlantic City on Wednesday and Dayton on Saturday while
traveling to Dayton on Friday and Wheeling on Sunday.
Trenton Titans
* Titans are only team in league Top 10 for goals scored, goals allowed,
power play and penalty kill.
* Lost back-to-back games in regulation for first time in 2004-05 (December
31 and January 2).
* Titans host Bakersfield on Wednesday, Atlantic City on Saturday and
Bakersfield on Sunday while visiting Johnstown on Friday.
Trenton Titans
* Titans are only team in league Top 10 for goals scored, goals allowed,
power play and penalty kill.
* Lost back-to-back games in regulation for first time in 2004-05 (December
31 and January 2).
* Titans host Bakersfield on Wednesday, Atlantic City on Saturday and
Bakersfield on Sunday while visiting Johnstown on Friday.
Wheeling Nailers
* Ray DiLauro is second among ECHL defensemen with 11 power-play points
(3ppg-8ppa).
* In December, Nailers' goal-against average was 2.22 and they were out
shot 553-385.
* Nailers host Atlantic City on Friday and Toledo on Sunday while traveling
to Reading on Saturday.
American Conference - South Division
Florida Everblades
* Florida had a team plus-minus rating of +65 in December, up from -17 in
November.
* Matt Hendricks leads all rookies with 15 goals and is tied for second
with 31 points.
* Everblades play at Columbia on Tuesday, at Pee Dee on Thursday, at South
Carolina on Friday and at Charlotte on Saturday.
Gwinnett Gladiators
* Cam Brown played in his ECHL career-record setting 679th career game on
January 1.
* Gwinnett is 14-0-0 when leading after the second period.
* Gladiators play at Augusta on Friday and host Augusta on Saturday.
Louisiana IceGators
* IceGators were 7-8-1 with a 2.31 GAA and were out shot 733-470 in
December.
* David Bararuk had 13 points (4g-9a) in December.
* IceGators are at Pensacola on Friday and Saturday and at Augusta on
Sunday.
Mississippi Sea Wolves
* Sea Wolves are unbeaten in regulation over their last seven road games
(6-0-1).
* Jeff Hutchins has scored in seven straight games, registering 12 points
(4g-8a).
* Mississippi plays at Texas on Saturday.
Pensacola Ice Pilots
* Tyler Beechey's 31 points (15g-16a) lead the team and rank fifth in the
league.
* Todd Ford went 5-0-0 with a goals-against average of 1.58 in December.
* Ice Pilots host Reading on Tuesday and Louisiana on Friday and Saturday
before visiting Texas on Sunday.
Texas Wildcatters
* Wildcatters' seven ties are the second most in the league.
* Ryan Fultz has 10 points (4g-6a) and is a +2 in his last 10 games.
* Wildcatters host Mississippi on Saturday and Pensacola on Sunday.
American Conference - East Division
Augusta Lynx
* Todd Bennett has 10 points (5g-5a) and is a +2 in the last five games.
* Lynx power play went 8-for-32 (25 percent) in December.
* Lynx host Gwinnett on Friday and Louisiana on Sunday while visiting
Gwinnett on Saturday.
Charlotte Checkers
* Mike Harder leads the team with 30 points (10g-20a) and nine power-play
points (5ppg-4ppa).
* Alex Westlund is fourth among all ECHL goaltenders in minutes played
(1,288).
* Charlotte hosts Columbia on Friday and Florida on Saturday.
Columbia Inferno
* Columbia is second in the league on the penalty kill with 88.8 percent.
* Mike Minard (12-1-0) suffered his first loss on Saturday to Pee Dee.
* Inferno is home against Florida on Tuesday and travel to Charlotte on
Friday and Greenville on Saturday.
Greenville Grrrowl
* Grrrowl has more wins (16) and points (35) than all of 2003-04 (14 and
33).
* Greenville is second in road penalty kill (91.4 percent) and last in home
penalty kill (74.6 percent).
* Grrrowl host Pee Dee on Friday and Columbia on Saturday.
Pee Dee Pride
* Sebastien Laplante has three consecutive shutouts and is 56:03 minutes
shy of the ECHL scoreless streak record.
* The Pride has six shutouts, one shy of team record seven in 1999-2000.
* Pee Dee hosts Florida on Thursday before traveling to Greenville on
Friday and South Carolina on Saturday.
South Carolina Stingrays
* Stingrays have best penalty kill in the league at 90.2 percent and six
shorthand goals.
* Stingrays have a goals-against average of 2.23 in December, down from
3.28 in November.
* South Carolina hosts Florida on Friday and Pee Dee on Saturday.
National Conference - West Division
Alaska Aces
* Chris Minard leads the team with 15 goals, seven more than Joe Talbot and
Charles Linglet.
* Six of Alaska's next 10 games will be against Victoria.
* Aces play at Victoria on Tuesday and Wednesday then host Victoria on
Friday and Saturday.
Bakersfield Condors
* Condors have out shot their opponents in 23 of 30 games.
* Bakersfield has played three games in three nights four times and is
3-0-1 in the third games.
* Condors visit Trenton on Wednesday, Reading on Friday, Johnstown on
Saturday and Trenton on Sunday.
Fresno Falcons
* Falcons went 4-2-1 on recent road trip, improving to 5-7-1 overall on the
road.
* Dan Tessier leads the team in game-winning goals (4), assists (18) and
points (29).
* Falcons host Peoria on Tuesdayand San Diego on Friday before visiting San
Diego on Saturday.
Idaho Steelheads
* Steelheads lost back-to-back home games for the first time this season.
* David Morisset leads the team in scoring with 17 points (7g-10a) in 26
games.
* Idaho hosts Long Beach on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Las Vegas Wranglers
* Jason Spence has two game-winning goals and four points (2g-2a) in his
last two games.
* Chris Stanley (6 ppg) and Dustin Johner (5 ppg) lead ECHL rookies in
power-play goals.
* Wranglers host San Diego on Tuesday and Peoria on Friday and Saturday.
Long Beach Ice Dogs
* Evan Cheverie leads the team with 14 assists and is second in scoring
with 24 points.
* Ice Dogs rank second in the league in goals-allowed with 2.24 per game.
* Long Beach plays at Idaho on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
San Diego Gulls
* In their last 13 games, Gulls are 10-3-0 and have outscored opponents
47-32.
* San Diego averages 4.43 goals per game in wins and 1.50 goals per game in
losses.
* Gulls travel to Las Vegas on Tuesday and Fresno on Friday while hosting
Peoria on Wednesday and Fresno on Saturday.
Victoria Salmon Kings
* Brad Dexter is tied for the ECHL lead among defensemen with 23 points
(6g-17a).
* Ryan Finnerty and Rob Voltera are tied for the team lead with nine goals
apiece.
* Victoria hosts Alaska on Tuesday and Wednesday and travels to Alaska on
Friday and Saturday.
