Earthquakes Midfielder Aaron Pitchkolan to Visit William C. Overfelt High School in San Jose on Wed

SAN JOSE, Calif. - San Jose Earthquakes midfielder Aaron Pitchkiolan will appear at William C. Overfelt high school in San Jose on Wednesday, July 8 as part of the Amway Global Kicks for Kids Program. Pitchkolan will speak to a school assembly about the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle at 12:45 p.m. PT. As part of the program, Pitchkolan will also give out 150 tickets for the Earthquakes upcoming home match on July 11 against Toronto FC and 150 Amway-branded Earthquakes jersey shirts.

The Amway Global Kicks for Kids program was created to allow underprivileged children the opportunity to experience a professional soccer match in person, while also learning about the importance of being active and living a healthy lifestyle. Through the program, the Earthquakes and Amway Global will donate over 2,000 tickets in 2009 to children throughout the Bay Area.
