Players from Chivas USA, LA Galaxy to Preview Honda Super Clásico in Press Conference

CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, July 8, 2009) - Players from Chivas USA and the LA Galaxy will preview this weekend's Honda Super Clásico in a press conference to take place tomorrow, Thursday, July 9 at 12:30 p.m. at The Home Depot Center's TV Studio.

Chivas USA defender Jonathan Bornstein and forward Maykel Galindo will participate in the press conference, alongside LA Galaxy forwards Landon Donovan and Alecko Eskandarian. SoCal natives Bornstein and Donovan could both see their first minutes of MLS action since representing the United States National Team at the recent FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa.

Thursday's press conference will be held downstairs in the stadium's TV Studio, following both teams' morning practice sessions. Media attending Chivas USA training on Field 6 should park in Lower Lot 15, while media attending Galaxy practice (University Field 1) should park in Lot 17, adjacent to the University Fields.

Chivas USA (8-4-3, 27 pts.) and the LA Galaxy (4-3-9, 21 pts.) face off this Saturday, July 11 at 8:00 p.m. PT in the second Honda Super Clásico of 2009; the teams tied 0-0 in their first meeting in April.
