Earthquakes Individual Game Tickets Go On Sale Friday, March 5 At 10:00 a.m. PT

San Jose (Monday, March 1, 2004) - The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that individual game tickets for the 2004 season will go on sale on Friday, March 1 at 10:00 a.m. PT.

Individual ticket prices for the Earthquakes 2004 regular season are $45 (VIP), $25 (West Sideline), $15 (East Sideline and Corners) and $12 (Endzone). Youth and senior tickets are available for $12 on the East Sideline and Corners and for $10 in the Endzones.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting the recently moved Earthquakes Ticket Office at 100 North Almaden Ave. in downtown San Jose, by logging on to www.sjearthquakes.com, or by calling Ticketmaster at 408-998-TIXS, 415-421-TIXS, 510-625-TIXS, 925-685-TIXS, or by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet, including Tower Records, Rite Aid, and Ritmo Latino. Discounted tickets for groups of 15 or more are available by calling 408-985-GOAL.

The Earthquakes kick off their 15-game home schedule on Saturday, April 10 against the Chicago Fire in a re-match of the 2003 MLS Cup Championship. The Quakes also host Freddy Adu and D.C. United twice in 2004, with United visiting Spartan Stadium on Saturday, May 1 and Saturday, August 7. All but two of the Quakes home games will be played on a weekend in 2004, including two matches against bitter in-state rival the Los Angeles Galaxy on May 22 and September 25.

Earthquakes mini-plans, season tickets and group tickets are still available for the 2004 season. The 2004 season ticket package includes 15 regular season Major League Soccer matches and three bonus matches (Quakes vs. LD Alajuelense, Quakes vs. Canada, and one playoff match).
