Earthquakes Host Inter Miami CF Tonight

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose Earthquakes (5-9-8; 23 pts.) will face Inter Miami CF (7-10-5; 26 pts.) at PayPal Park tonight at 7:30 p.m. PT. The match will be broadcast live on NBC Sports California Plus, KNBR 1050 (English) and 1370 KZSF (Spanish).
Tonight's match is the first-ever meeting between the Quakes and Inter Miami CF. Miami joined Major League Soccer as an expansion side in 2020.
The Quakes are led offensively by forward Jeremy Ebobisse, who ranks tied for fourth in MLS with 12 goals, and midfielder Cristian Espinoza, who is one of three players in MLS with 6+ goals and 8+ assists.
Inter Miami CF are led by Designated Player Gonzalo Higuain, the reigning MLS Player of the Week. Higuain, a decorated veteran with experience at many top European clubs and the Argentina National Team, scored a hat-trick in Miami's most recent match last Saturday.
