Dynamo Offer Tax Day Ticket Discount

April 14, 2010 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
Houston Dynamo FC News Release

HOUSTON, TX (Wednesday, April 14, 2010) -- In recognition of Thursday's deadline for federal tax returns, the Houston Dynamo are offering some relief in the form of a special ticket promotion. The Tax Day Dynamo Discount offers tickets to Saturday's match against Chivas USA at Robertson Stadium, which kicks off at 3 p.m., for just $10.40 in honor of the Internal Revenue Service's 1040 individual tax form.

This one-day deal is available only on Thursday, April 15, and tickets can be purchased by logging on to HoustonDynamo.com/tax or by calling (713) 276-7500.

"This promotion is a light-hearted stab at relieving some of the stress associated with this time of year," Dynamo Senior Vice President Rocky Harris said. "We hope that many tax-paying Dynamo fans will take advantage of this stimulus and feel it is a perfect way to put tax day behind them."

The Dynamo are unbeaten in their last nine games against Saturday's opponent, Chivas USA, and are looking to bounce back from a 2-0 home loss last Saturday.

The Dynamo will host the 2010 Major League Soccer All-Star Game this summer at Reliant Stadium, and tickets are available in Dynamo season ticket packages, on sale now at HoustonDynamo.com or by calling (713) 276-7500.

The Houston Dynamo are a Major League Soccer franchise that has won two MLS Cup championships in its first four seasons and represented the United States in four consecutive regional championships. For more information, log on to www.HoustonDynamo.com or call (713) 276-7500.
