
D.C. United announces schedule for 'It Takes More Concert Series'

Washington, D.C. (April 14, 2010) - D.C. United announced today the 'It Takes More Concert Series' performance schedule for the first-half of the 2010 season. The concert series continues on Saturday in Lot 8 with a 6:00pm performance by The Pietasters, the legendary DC ska outfit.

The 'It Takes More Concert Series' is a season-long endeavor that showcases Washington-area bands and artists during pre-game concerts at each home game. As a part of the concert series, United is also highlighting a local community organization focused on improving the lives of those in the Washington area. A range of artists and bands will be featured, reflecting the diverse make-up of United's fan base.
