
Ducks stave off elimination with 3-2 win over Wolves

CINCINNATI, Ohio - Joffrey Lupul had a goal and an assist and Frederic Cassivi made 30 saves, as the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks staved off elimination with a 3-2 win over the Chicago Wolves Wednesday in Game Four of the West Division final at Cincinnati Gardens.
Dustin Penner and Stanislav Chistov also scored for the Ducks, who trail the best-of-seven series 3-1.
Steve Maltais and Brad Larsen scored for Chicago, which snapped a six-game winning streak.
Kari Lehtonen stopped 33 shots in the loss for the Wolves, who went 0-for-11 on the power play.
Game Five of the series is Friday at Allstate Arena at 8:30 p.m.
