CINCINNATI, Ohio - Joffrey Lupul had a goal and two assists and Zenon Konopka added a goal and an assist to lead the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks to a 6-0 win over the Utah Grizzlies Friday at Cincinnati Gardens.

Tim Brent, Igor Pohanka, Michael Holmqvist and Kurtis Foster also scored for Cincinnati, which has won six of its last eight games. Foster's goal extended his goal streak to a career-high three games.

Lupul's three-point effort gave him 10 points in his last five games (five goals, five assists) and 15 points (eight goals, seven assists) in his last 10.

Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 19 shots to record his second shutout of the season for the Ducks, who have won their last three home games and four of their last five.

Former IHL Cyclone Jean-Marc Pelletier surrendered five goals on 16 shots before being pulled in favor of David LeNeveu in the second period for Utah, which has lost five straight games and six of its last seven.

The Grizzlies, who have lost 10 of their last 11 road games, had just two shots in the third period as the Ducks held their opponent to under 20 shots for the third game in a row.

The Ducks and Grizzlies complete a two-game series Saturday at 7:35 p.m. at Cincinnati Gardens.
