Dragons Rained Out

South Bend, IN - The Dayton Dragons (10-11, 45-46) and South Bend Silver Hawks (16-5, 49-38) have been rained out for tonight's game at Coveleski Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader at Coveleski Stadium on Tuesday, August 29th with the first pitch of game one at 6 p.m. The Dragons and Silver Hawks will play two games of seven innings each, the typical Midwest League double header format.

The Dragons return home and open up a four game series with the Clinton Lumber Kings on Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. The game will be televised live on "Dragons Television," Time Warner Cable Channel 25 with Mike Vander Wood calling the action. 1410 ESPN Radio will also broadcast the game live beginning with the Dragons Magazine at 6:00 p.m. and the pre game show at 6:30 PM. All Dragons games are carried on the internet at www.daytondragons.com. Dayton will have RHP Carlos Fisher (7-4, 3.17 ERA) making the start, while Clinton will counter with RHP Kyle Rogers (1-6, 4.93 ERA).
