Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Bowling Green Hot Rods (affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays) in the first game of a two-game set.

Streaks: Dayton: The Dragons are 13-7 over their last 20 games. Bowling Green: Since winning 10 of 12 games over the first half of June, the Hot Rods have gone 5-13 over the last 18 games.

Dragons relievers have bounced back over the last three games, going 10 innings and allowing just two unearned runs. The bullpen gave up the go-ahead run in the ninth inning in three straight games Tuesday-Thursday. In those three games, the bullpen worked seven innings and allowed 13 earned runs.

The Dragons current team ERA of 3.06 would break the club record of 3.39 from 2011. The Dragons second half ERA stands at 3.47.
