Diamond Giveaway a Huge Hit

This past Sunday proved to be an eventful Mother's Day for one lucky fan. Kailea Markham of Beloit was the big winner of the $1800 Blue Diamond voucher courtesy of Brill Jewelers.
200 fans went on field after the doubleheader against Kane County and picked up a plastic egg. Only one of the plastic eggs had the voucher for the blue diamond, while the other 199 eggs had discounted coupons from Brill Jewelers.
For just $5 fans were able to purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win the Blue Diamond. Everyone walked away a winner, however, as each egg had a prize inside. All the money received from the raffle went to the Pohlman Field Improvement Fund.
"This was a huge success for us and the fans seemed to really enjoy themselves," said Director of Corporate Sales Riley Gostisha. "We cannot thank Kim Beals and Brill Jewelers enough for this great promotion. Hopefully this is just the beginning of a long lasting partnership with them."
