
Detection Day for the Impact U21 and U18 Teams

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact announced on Thursday that its Academy is organizing a tryout for its U21 and U18 teams on October 6.
Players at the AAA level born between 1993 and 1997, who would like to join the Montreal Impact, will be given a chance to showcase their skills in front of the technical staff during a 90 minute training session to be held in Montreal (field to be determined).
Players selected from this date will be invited to a second tryout set for October 19.
Registration for detection day can be done only via the Academy's website ea1163134d443c4421d78f1fd www.academieimpactmontreal.com by clicking on the recruiting tab. Registration fees of $45 will apply.
The pro club currently has five players that have graduated from the Academy: goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau, defenders Karl W. Ouimette, Wandrille Lefevre and Maxim Tissot, as well as midfielder Zakaria Messoudi.
SPORT-ETUDES TRYOUTS
Tryouts for the Impact's sport-etudes program, for players born between 1998 and 2002, are set for the first week of January 2014, at the Marie-Victorin Sports Complex. Registration opens on Friday, October 4 at academieimpactmontreal.com. Registration fees of $45 will apply.
