Defensman Zach Leslie Returns to Reign from Manchester

Ontario, CA - The Ontario Reign, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL), announced today that defenseman Zach Leslie has returned to the team from the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL.

Leslie, 22, skated in five games with the Monarchs, scoring his first professional goal on February 20 vs. Reading, and holds four assists in 21 games with the Reign this season. The Ottawa, Ontario, native is currently in his rookie season after skating with the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League the last four campaigns. Leslie is a sixth-round selection (178 overall) of the Kings in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

The Ontario Reign team up with the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley once again for Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley Night on Saturday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Citizens Business Bank Arena. The Reign will wear special paw-print jerseys as they battle their rivals in the San Diego Gulls.
