Player of the Game: Scranton LHP Allen Davis threw 7.1 solid innings leading the Red Barons to victory.

Key Plays: With one on and two out in the first inning, Chris Coste's liner to left-center went just out of the reach of a diving Tim Raines Jr. The hit went for a double and drove in the first to two first inning runs..

Recap: Scranton jumped out to an early lead, scoring two runs with two outs in the first inning off of Lynx starter Matt Bruback. Two Lynx error accounted for two unearned runs for the Red Barons for the second, as they grabbed a 4-0 lead. The Red Barons put up their third two-spot in the 5th inning chasing Bruback and increasing their lead to six. The two teams traded runs in the seventh, with Ottawa's lone run coming after Ramon Nivar singled, stole second, stole third, and scored on a Ryan Hubele sacrifice fly. The Lynx would get no closer and fall to the Red Barons 7-1.

Next Game: The Lynx and Red Barons meet in a doubleheader on Saturday, with first pitch of game one scheduled for 1:05 pm.
