SPOKANE, Wash. - Tyler Davis, making his first start at Avista Stadium, pitched a masterful six innings of no-hit baseball, Jamie Potts lined a bases-clearing double and the Spokane Indians topped the Everett AquaSox 4-1 in front of 6,411 fans on Thursday night for the team's home finale. It was Season Finale Fireworks presented by AAA, KREM 2-TV and 98.9 KKZX.

Davis struck out a season-high seven batters, walking four in the process. The former University of Washington Husky was making just his second start of the season. Adam Choplick relieved Davis in the seventh, and gave up a base hit to Conner Hale in his first batter faced. Choplick fanned three batters and allowed one run in two innings. Omarlin Lopez locked the game down with two punch outs in a perfect ninth.

Spokane brought the fireworks early in the fourth. Sherman Lacrus and Tyler Sanchez both drew walks, and Ti'Quan Forbes singled to load the bases up for Potts. Potts took a fastball and lined it to right-center to clear the bags for a three-RBI double.

Forbes had a productive evening, hitting 3-for-4 scoring one run and garnering a double off the right field wall. Darius Day continued his walk parade, patiently accepting two free passes while going 1-for-2. He has 10 walks in his past 10 games. Leon Byrd Jr., added a double and a walk in three plate appearances.

Lacrus and Oliver Caraballo each added a hit in the contest.

Spokane takes to the road for a three-game set with the Tri-City Dust Devils to cap the 2015 season. You can listen to all of the Indians action on SportsRadio 1510 KGA with the Voice of the Indians, Mike Boyle!
