David Turon Recalled To St. John's

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced today that defenseman David Turon has been recalled to the St. Johns Maple Leafs of the American Hockey League. Turon has played in 24 games for the Ice Pilots this season scoring 2 goals, 6 assists for 8 points and has picked up 14 penalty minutes.

The Ice Pilots will play home Tuesday night vs. the Reading Royals at 7:05 p.m. It will be the first ever meeting between the two teams. The Ice Pilots are currently tied for first place with the Florida Everblades going into todays games as the Ice Pilots have a record of 17-8-3 for 37 points.

Tuesday nights game vs. Reading is College Night. Students can bring their college ID at the Civic Center box office and receive $5 off any ticket to the game. Fans can purchase individual game tickets in person at the Civic Center box office, at any Ticketmaster location, Charge by Phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots website at www.icepilots.com.
