
David Phillips Returns to Toledo

(Toledo, OH) - The Toledo Walleye and Head Coach Nick Vitucci announced today that defenseman Dave Phillips has returned from his loan to Lake Erie of the American Hockey League. In a separate move, the Walleye have released forward John May.
Phillips skated in eight games with the Monsters, collecting two assists. With Toledo this year, Dave has two points (both assists) and is a plus five in just eight games.
May collected one goal in two games with the Walleye.
The Toledo Walleye will be back at home Friday, January 21st at 7:00 PM vs. the Elmira Jackals at the Huntington Center. It is the first of three weekend games.
