Providence, RI - The Providence Bruins, in their 18th year in the American Hockey League, announced that the National Hockey League's Boston Bruins have placed goaltender Dany Sabourin on re-entry waivers for the purpose of recall. The parent Bruins have also recalled goaltender Matt Dalton from the ECHL's Reading Royals on an emergency basis. Dalton is expected to be available for Boston's game tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Should Sabourin clear waivers, the P-Bruins will have 24 players on their roster, including 14 forwards, nine defensemen and one goaltender.
