B-Sens Recall Defenseman Mat Robinson From Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have recalled defenseman Mat Robinson from Elmira of the ECHL.

Robinson, 23, has appeared in two games with the B-Sens this season. In 50 games played with Elmira, Robinson has recorded five goals, 25 assists and has amassed 22 penalty minutes.

The native of Calgary, Alta. spent the 2008-09 season with the University of Alaska-Anchorage. In 35 games with the Seawolves Robinson registered three goals and 12 assists for 15 points. He also appeared in four games with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL earning a goal and assist for two points.

The B-Sens face the Springfield Falcons tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. Fans can listen live on 680 WINR-AM or 1430 WENE-AM beginning 30 minutes before game time for Countdown to Faceoff with Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens.
