Hickory, NC - The Crawdads completed a three-game sweep over the Augusta GreenJackets with another extra-inning walkoff win. The 'Dads won 5-4 on a bases loaded single by Pedro Gonzalez in the bottom of the eleventh inning after winning on a walkoff single by Bubba Thompson in the eleventh last night as well.

The 'Dads took an early lead in the third, jumping ahead 1-0. Hernandez singled on a line drive to left and stole his eleventh base of the season to get himself in scoring position. Pedro Gonzalez drove him home with a line drive to center.

The GreenJackets tied things up with a run off Tyler Phillips in the fourth.

In the bottom half of the inning, the 'Dads fought back to retake the lead. Tyreque Reed singled to left and Justin Jacobs walked to put two runners on for the 'Dads. Reed scored the go ahead run as Kole Enright singled to right. Hernandez extended the lead with a suicide squeeze to third that brought Jacobs in.

The GreenJackets picked up a pair of runs in the sixth but still trailed the 'Dads 4-3. Phillips completed six innings, giving up three runs (two earned), five hits, walking one, and striking out four.

The GreenJackets tied up the score in the ninth, getting a run on the board against right-hander Josh Advocate.

Jacobs began the bottom eleventh inning as the designated runner on second base for the 'Dads. Enright hit an infield single but Jacobs was unable to advance to third on the play. Hernandez reached to load the bases on a fielder's choice that failed to get any one out. Gonzalez hit a deep fly to left that allowed Jacobs to score the game-winning run and send the 'Dads home with their second consecutive walkoff win in the eleventh inning.

The 'Dads travel to West Virginia for a brief three game road trip before heading back to the Frans for a four-game series against Greensboro that will wrap up on July 3rd with an Independence Day Celebration.
