Washington D.C. - D.C. United have acquired a second-round pick in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft and a conditional $50,000 in 2025 General Allocation Money (GAM) from the New England Revolution in exchange for the Right of First Refusal to sign former Black-and-Red Homegrown midfielder Ian Harkes.
