DENVER, CO - The Denver Cutthroats picked up wins in two of their three games last week and now prepare for a four-game series against the Rapid City Rush over a five-night stretch beginning Wednesday in the Black Hills.

November 14 vs. Arizona Sundogs, 6-0 Win
Cutthroats goaltender Kieran Millan stopped 22 shots to record the first shutout of his pro career and in team history. Brad Smyth and AJ Gale each scored a pair of goals for Denver in the win.
November 16 vs. Arizona Sundogs, 2-1 (SO) Win
Brett Lutes scored for the Cutthroats midway through the third period and again in round four of a shootout to lock up the first shootout win in franchise history. Brad Smyth and Gabe Gauthier also scored for the Cutthroats in the shootout.
November 17 vs. Fort Worth Brahmas, 4-1 Loss
Phil Fox scored a pair of goals in the first period for the Brahmas and Brad Fogal stopped 22 shots to hold the Cutthroats offense in check. Gabe Gauthier scored Denver's lone goal to extend his goal-scoring streak to five games.

The Denver Cutthroats and Rapid City Rush rekindle their rivalry over the Thanksgiving holiday with a split four-game series - two in Rapid City and two in Denver. The Cutthroats are currently 0-2-0 against the Rush this season, being outscored 7-4 combined in the series. The Cutthroats are searching for their first road win of the season.
