
Cutters Fall In Series Finale

Williamsport Crosscutters News Release
Williamsport's offense came up short in their 6-2 loss at Auburn in the series finale.
Matt Kroon was the lone Cutters hitter with a multi-hit game, finishing 2 for 4. Alec Bohm and Keudy Bocio each drove in a run for the Cutters, for Bohm it was his 12th RBI and for Bocio, it was his 15th RBI of the season.
Ben Brown got the start for the Cutters, allowing three runs on five hits ans two walks over 2.2 innings, striking out two and surrendering a home run on 63 pitches. Ethan Evanko allowed a run over three innings, walking two and striking out one. Eric White allowed two runs and a home run over 1.1 innings in his Cutters debut. Keylan Killgore worked a clean inning of relief, striking out the side in order.
The Crosscutters finished the season series with Auburn 6-6. The Crosscutters finished the 2018 road schedule with a 15-23 record.
