Kalamazoo Wings News Release
The road to the North Division crown will heat up as students from 24 area schools get ready for an ECHL early morning exam, as the Kalamazoo Wings host the Cincinnati Cyclones at Wings Stadium in the second of two Education Day games this season for the K-Wings.
With a record of 3-5-0-2 in their last 10 games, the once double-digit lead for first place in the North Division for the K-Wings has shrunk, as Kalamazoo leads the division by three points over Cincinnati. This morning starts a season-long six-game home stand for the K-Wings.
Winners of three straight, the Cyclones are not only three points behind the K-Wings; they have also played in one fewer game. Today is game two of a season-long eight game road trip for Cincinnati, who enters the game with a record of 7-3-0-0 in their last 10 contests.
