For the final time in the regular season, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle the South Carolina Stingrays. Kalamazoo is 2-1-0-0 versus South Carolina this season, with the road team winning each game. The two teams have split the past two games with identical scores of 2-1.
Tonight is the middle game of three-game home stand for the K-Wings. Kalamazoo enters tonight unbeaten in regulation in their last three games (2-0-1-0). With 52 points, the K-Wings hold a seven-point lead for first place in the North Division over the Chicago Express.
Starting a three-game road trip this evening, South Carolina is on a six-game road winning streak. Tied for second place in the South Division with the Greenville Road Warriors, the Stingrays, who have won 11 out of their last 12 games, are just two points behind first place leaders, the Gwinnett Gladiators.
