Game Preview A night after starting the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, the Kalamazoo Wings and Florida Everblades will lace up their skates again for game two of the best-of-five series. Kalamazoo trails the series one game to none.
The K-Wings enter the Germain Arena looking to even up their series before heading back to Wings Stadium on Friday. Dating back to last season, the K-Wings come to Estero, Florida looking to snap a two-game road losing streak.
Scoring the second most shorthanded goals in the ECHL during the regular season, the Everblades earned the eventual game-winning goal off of a shorthanded marker from Matt Beca. Florida's top star in game one was goaltender Bobby Goepfert, who made 31 saves for the victory.

It's Been Awhile
Kalamazoo's 2-1 loss last night to Florida marked the first time in two months that they have lost on the road in regulation. Before last night, the K-Wings last regulation away from Wings Stadium was February 9th in a 2-0 setback to the Trenton Devils.
