The K-Wings conclude their six-game road swing with their first visit of the season to Moline, Illinois to face-off against the Quad City Mallards. This season, the K-Wings are 1-0-0 against the Mallards. Kalamazoo defeated Quad City 6-2 back on December 22nd at Wings Stadium.

The K-Wings will be looking to set a new franchise record tonight. With five straight victories away from the Wings Stadium, the K-Wings enter The Mark of the Quad Cities needing just one more road victory to establish a new record for consecutive road victories. The K-Wings are led by Yannick Carpentier and Chad Alban. Carpentier leads the K-Wings in goals (12), assists (21) and points (33). Alban enters tonight's game with seven straight victories between the pipes.

With a shootout victory over the Missouri River Otters on Sunday, the Quad City Mallards are back to their winning ways. Despite being just 3-5-2 in their last 10 games, you have to watch for Quad City. At home, the Mallards have been more like birds of prey, Quad City is an impressive 8-3-3 this season at The Mark of the Quad Cities.

For the second straight season, the Kalamazoo Wings will send two players in the UHL All-Star Classic. Both Daniel Carriere and Greg Labenski will make their first-ever UHL All-Star appearance during this season's 2005 Pepsi UHL All-Star Classic.
