
Countdown to Face-Off: Kalamazoo vs Evansville

For the second-time in as many nights, the Kalamazoo Wings and Evansville IceMen will do battle and for the second time, the teams will play on colored ice. Last night, the K-Wings defeated the IceMen 3-2 on pink ice, tonight the teams will play during the 9th Annual Orange Ice Game, presented by WKFR and The CW7.
Extending their win streak to three games, the K-Wings received a pair of goals from Sam Ftorek and the eventual game-winner by Joe Charlebois to defeat the IceMen 3-2. Starting tonight, the K-Wings will play six out their next seven games at home.
Traveling on the road for just the second-time this season, Evansville comes to Wings Stadium looking for their first ECHL victory. Evansville lone point this season came on the road with a 4-3 shootout loss to the Fort Wayne Komets.
