Victoria, BC- The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, announced today that Defenseman Patrick Coulombe has been recalled to the Moose. Coulombe was assigned to the Salmon Kings by the Moose, while under contract with the Canucks, on March 6, 2007.

Coulombe, 21, appeared in three games with the Salmon Kings while on the road in Stockton.

Before being assigned to Victoria, the 5-foot-9, 163-pound native of St. Fabien, PQ played 41 games with the Moose, posting nine points, and seven games in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Vancouver Canucks and earned an assist.
