Cougars Announce 2019 Pre-Season Schedule

PRINCE GEORGE, BC- Today the Western Hockey League released the 2019 Pre-Season schedule and the Prince George Cougars will play five exhibitions games, starting September 6th against the Kamloops Blazers.
All five exhibition games are on the road, starting September 6th against the Blazers at the Langley Events Centre [LEC], in a pre-season tournament hosted by the Vancouver Giants. The following night, September 7th, the Cougars face the Giants at the LEC. The Cougars then travel to the Okanagan to face another B.C. Division rival, the Kelowna Rockets on September 8th. Prince George wraps up their pre-season schedule with an exhibition series against the Edmonton Oil Kings September 12th & 14th in Dawson Creek at the Encana Events Centre.
The Cougars entire pre-season schedule is as follows:
PG vs. KAM (4:30 pm)- Friday, September 6th (Vancouver Tournament)
PG vs. VAN (7:00 pm)- Saturday, September 7th (Vancouver Tournament)
PG vs. KEL (5:05 pm)- Sunday, September 8th (Kelowna)
PG vs. EDM (7:00 pm)- Thursday, September 12th (Dawson Creek) *
EDM vs PG (1:00 pm)- Saturday, September 14th (Dawson Creek) *
