Week in Review
Game 7: The second meeting between the Sharks & Copperheads at the Berry Center ended on a much better note then the first and that's with a 39-28 victory; the first in franchise history! The Sharks defense came to life; holding the Copperheads to just 60 total yards which is the 6th lowest in af2 history. Estus Hood led the charge with 2 quarterback sacks including a safety. Sharks QB John De Los Santos came off the bench for Fran Johnson who injured his ankle on the first series; De Los Santos threw for 234 yards and 3 touchdowns. Johnson will be sidelined for at least 5 weeks with a fractured fibula in is left foot. Kicker Chris Onorato was a big part of the Sharks victory with kicks of 33, 48 and a season best 50 yards. The Sharks and Copperheads meet one more time this season at Radiology Associates Field at the American Bank Center July 7th.

The Corpus Christi Sharks will be home again Saturday June 9th as they host the Tulsa Talons at Radiology Associates Field in the American Bank Center kickoff is 7:05pm; the game is sponsored by Budweiser, Harley Davidson and Classic Rock 104.5.
